    What kind of injury? I have 2 broken ankles (old injuries) that keep on hunting me down from time to time, I couldn't practice for more than 2 weeks before i feel the pain, but now it's a lot better since i started doing yoga again and it doesn't hurt as much.

    That is the only reason i lasted more than 2 weeks this time!! Been almost 2 years with no real practice!

    Brebaz youre 96kg and 8-9% bf? You must look huge, in a good way!

    PBM good that youre back in the gym mate. Injuries are the worst. I think I mentioned in here I did my shoulder last year think it was towards end of summer. Did cardio for weeeeks, was horrible lol

    Yeah I learned the hard way. Toiled away at boring cardio while my shoulder was out. But since getting back to weight training I've been doing HIIT after my workouts. Did it earlier today in fact, always feels great when youve got your breath back haha

    I think hes 6foot 4 inches tall. the only thing I thought he was off on was the 9% body fat.

    I don't do that much chest!! maybe once or twice a week i'll do 10 sets of 30x wide pushups!

    I've been training for 45 days now, after 1 and a half year idle from injuries (broken wrist, 2 broken ankles and a damaged Achilles heel tendon)

    Nice job on your back though.

    I think i'm a bit off about the 9% body fat, maybe 11-12% maybe less. But, the only thing i have around is the scale that i posted a link to a couple of posts earlier(to lazy to look that up again lol)
