Band Name

I've been searching for this band for a while, but can't figure out its name. Based on the clues below could somebody try to help me figure it out?

Released first video I heard about 3 months ago.

Decently heavy rock, but not metal.

Female lead singer (not evanescence, kitty, drain sth, garbage)

very distinguishing sound effect on the lead singer's voice that made it "shake" when she screamed...also in the video the whole screen shook at the same time to compliment this vocal effect


That's all I have to go off of. I've been trying to figure this out for over a month now. Any ideas?

Try FlyLeaf. The lead singer sounds like Avril Levine but better.

Haven't gotten to listen to it yet, because I am at work, but the name doesn't sound familiar and it doesn't look quite like what I was thinking. However, the lead singer does look decently familiar, so maybe.

Any other suggestions?

From looking at the pics the only one that seems close so far is flyleaf.

And yes, Skunk Anasie was way off. lol

Logo was correct with Flyleaf. After looking them up on mtv.com I saw the video. Thanks man.
