Given Bitbydeath's forum organization thread went entirely off-topic to a discussion revolving around getting forum activity higher on the forums again, I thought I'd make this thread for just discussion about that.

The biggest issue here isn't the forum organization, the staff, or any of that. The problem we're all trying to solve is how to get guests to register on the forums, and how to return PSU to a state of high activity as it once was.

So, use this thread for said discussion and perhaps we can develop a solution.
