I know this could just be a 2pac look alike, or just some guy that looks remotely like 2pac since the picture is so unclear. If this isn't fake, I'm going to sleep better at nightI can easily say that I love him and always have! I hope this isn't a hoax.
The only doubt I have is why would he be in LA? Maybe he just felt like going back if he was hiding.
