Look what the xbox360 churned out, alot of problems at launch over heating disk problems, power suply problems and more, Sony is not rushing to beat the market, its solving there problems and getting it right the first time, instead of having angry customers who paid alot of money for thier machine to blow, Also games are still being developed, i hear people saying that the xbox 360 will have a years advantage over the ps3, i doubt it, the games have been in production for a while now so will more likely be better than the 360, because they have had more time to build. The system itself is futureproof and wont need upgrading for a while if not at all, the 360 after 1 year has already announced it will be releaseing an add on HD-DVD drive? why not have put it in before, because they were trying to get ahead of the market.

The PS3 is almost out. I've been waiting for this console for about one and a half to two years now.

Also the games would not have been ready in time. I'm glad Sony held things off otherwise we'd just get port games for a rushed console like what happened with the 360

Personally I like what is offered game wise on PS systems over N or MS systems.

I also personally like the fact that the PS3 has the edge in power, wich co--incides with the extra year to release it. Remember the original Xbox was a year older then the PS2 and it also had an edge on power over the PS2. It took the extra time to do this right, and MS rushed their launch and sacrificed features like HD-DVD and a HDD as standard.

The PS3 offers other things that are very useful to me like Blu Ray, and the free online gaming.


But if you want an Xbox 360 then just go get one, their is nothing wrong with that.
