    THE FIGHT:LIGHTS OUT - FITNESS PACK (video)

    here is a video of me trying to get through the 5 minute routine lol it's been a rough week too much junk food (kid's birthday party) this almost killed me .



    I usually play this game for a hour or 2 but today I couldn't even make it through the 5 minute routine on easy I didn't break a sweat but I couldn't finish I guess I been eating too much junk food & drinking too many sugary drinks I was out of breath by the end of the routine guess I'll try again later this week to make a better video.

    thx for the video... + rep.

    i found dummy punching, combo, and the actual fight interesting...
    Despite the reviews, it seems quite responsive..

    I have a heavy punching bag, but i keep ending up with skin peeled bloody knuckles.

    so i may give this a try.

    btw, is there an option to only work out combos and stuff?
    other workout can be done in the gym, so i dont need them.

    yeah I have a punching bag too but it's outside & it's winter time & even in the summer I don't really use my punching bag much with this game you can just jump into it without putting on the hand wraps & get a good work out.

    yeah you can pick the workouts & how long you want to do them & how many calories you want to burn & everything.

    yea... in my case, i got baby skins on my knuckles. lool.

    so can you choose to only work out combos?? or do you have to do all that other routines??

    I grabbed the fitness pack but have yet to try it. I know from what I've read that it's worth the $5 though.

    Common sense isn't all that common.

    yep & this has to be the best fitness game I have seen & it's way too underrated. I think they need to re-market this as a fitness game.

    I agree. I get a great workout when I use it. When I started out I couldn't do 5 minutes on a good day. No on a great day. I'm getting better but the fact you can do 1-2 hours a day is awesome. I love the Move for these types of games.

    today I did a lot better than I did yesterday when I was recording, this is a good Fitness pack now all they need to add is some Jump Roping & something to train you how to bob & weave with the head tracking

    fitness pack new dlc ideas

    So i had a go on this today and burned 224 calories in 20mins. it is a very good game for exercise and is simple enough to do. i think they should add another dlc for fitness maybe including starjumps, shoulder presses,standing body twists and bent over rows. now i know the ps move controllers aren't weighted but this exercises would work well with the fight and are simple enough to do for any fitness level.
