He does talk about it being a training ground for his imagination. And that's a neat way of putting it into perspective. Unfortunately, that's coming from the guy who would go on to establish his own game development studio, more specifically, Tigon Studios, and create unoriginal games featuring himself as the main protagonist.

Chronicles of Riddick was one of the best FPS games last generation and it was quite unique.Wheelman was a different story.
