Cain is a fool. He started answering 999 for every question. I'm glad he is goin down burning. We need to start eliminating candidates so we can actually define a front runner. Right now I'd keep mitt, newt, bachmann, and huntsman in. Mitt cus he has been consistently popular, newt as the long term politician and the smart one, bachmann as the core conservative and tea party candidate, and huntsman as the more moderate. Narrow it to those 4 and we can finally have a strong discourse and a real front runner will rise.

Wasn't Cain one of the candidates who claimed he had been approached by God to encourage him to run for the Republican nomination? If so, I think God tricked him into running just to expose his unfaithful marriage.
He better hope his wife doesn't watch Jon Steward's last segment on the topic, it was hilarious and really made Cain look like a fool.

If people would focus on the candidates political ideologies and political records it wouldn't be so difficult distinguishing the politicians from the puppets. Ron Paul is the only candidate I can tell is running for all the right reasons, even though I may disagree with his stands from time to time my vote goes to him.

well, in one of the videos I posted, Ron Paul did say that certain things he was talking about, might change. This could go with the way of "cut spending" so certain departments might not be cut, but I know for a fact if RP is president he is going straight for the Feds balls and cutting them off.

I hope thats one of the first things he does if he ever gets elected, especially after CNN reported a secrete program/deal the Fed made that handed 7.7 trillion dollars at 0.01 percent interest to the banks.
Jon Stewart sums it all up, click here.
Here is another news outlet reporting it for those of you who can't access videos from CC.

Cain is finally out. Now he can go back to what really matters to him.....his book tour.

yea, that's kind of scary in a way. but the fed really needs to be brought down below, way below in terms of power to what they are right now. I find it atrocious that the FED has so much more power now then it ever did and this is definitely a reason why oil/gas prices are so high, the economy hasn't popped yet (Obama is part of that problem too), so many problems in terms of money in the USA can be traced right to the FED....inflation, multiple scandals, stock fraud, Thievery, etc etc etc etc etc o.O
Seriously, any type of scandal I am sure the fed or some people in the Fed has something to do within in terms of scandals within the united states as an "America problem". I believe this is why RP dislikes the fed the most because so far everything he has said that is the problem is actually tied in with the Fed.

I don't have time to watch that whole thing right now, but something tells me from the picture I'm seeing of the video that it's a stupid debate. arg, nvm, I can't watch it all, I watched the beginning part of the debate and I already know where this is going to go. just like all the other ones with those guys. the basic point they are making without saying it is "we want governments to make a lot of money so we can't cut out government spending" you know, like the branches of government and government/federal spending that should be cut out because those things are what is costing the most. o.O derp.
get those 3 guys up there and it's a pansy parade. then you get RP on there and it kicks into gear. The other guys are basically derp derpidy derp derps.
Now I have to watch this.... damnit dude, I hate watching debates.

I'm hoping if Obama wins, the Dems will get the house back. Got the Senate to be concerned with too.

i'd have to agree. i don't want to sound like one of the crazies, but honestly, congress is awful right now. At the minimum, half need to get the boot. Boehner and Pelosi can both suck a lemon. Each side accuse the other of being difficult and 'party politics' each side blames each other for not passing substantive legislation. We need to get responsible legislators, not a bunch of children. Passing a balanced budget isn't that hard on paper, but in this 'lets make a deal' mentality no good can come from the legislative branch. I'd say it'd be up to the courts to check their power, but the Court is out of touch. The pitfalls of making them so independent from the rest of the government also means they are isolated from the peple of the United States.

It's simple, don't vote in incumbents. Disavow your parties and vote merely on the issues.. And on the actual record of the individual allegedly representing your interests when you go to the ballot box.
It's time to do something about Washington.. They've been deserving this for so long now. Institute term limits, disallow public figures from engaging in private interactions with companies\holding stock, and limit the amount of offices one individual may have in his lifetime.
Crush the head and the body dies.

True, but that's because Obama wanted Bipartisianship so bad. Like that comedian said, when the dems had the house, they should have rammed the health care bill through. The health care bill that passed is washed down and correct me if I am wrong, didn't the Republicans STILL vote against it after making changes to it?
