Wow just wow.. I cannot express my words after I listened to this song called "All Black Everything". The album just came out so go out and buy it if you like what you hear!
The entire album isn't as good as he wanted since the Music execs/Atlantic meddled in the process and forced Lupe to insert content but this one is a stand out!

Didn't like the album at all, poppish beat after poppish beat, annoying hook after annoying hook. And I feel like "all black everything" was watered down to avoid controversy, should have went all out like, dead prez.

Blame Atlantic for forcing Lupe to put in "radio friendly songs", Lupe himself was complaining and disowned some of the songs.

Well he could go independant and gain more freedom, but I wonder if he's willing to? This isn't the first time I've heard him have these kinds of complaints.
I haven't heard the album yet. Will probably give it a spin later. Haven't been into much mainstream music lately though. Just not a fan of 90% of it.

I think it's a decent album. I don't have a problem with pop music, but I just don't think this album is too great. There's definitely a bunch of good songs. Of course, Shining Down is also fantastic, but I've had that song downloaded for like 2 years now. lol

i just saw the video clip of the show must go on and i couldn't even recognize lupe. at first i thought it was just some guy but then i realised it was him. he looks so different with hair.
