I sold it. Might re-buy it. I need my classic arcadey/easy/twitch shooter. I'm asking if its worth it, because.. Are there any hacks in it? And player count last time you played.?

Depends on what your reason was for selling the game in the first place.
But I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no, it's not worth it.
The only fun I still have with the game is Zombies.
If you want a COD, I'd suggest to go back to 4, there's still plenty of people playing that, and it's as awesome as ever.Last edited by Shibby; 04-10-2011 at 18:51.

Just flat out no. End of discussion. If you re-buy the game, you're punished! Or you can buy mine for the amazingly low price of $29.99! That's half-off the retail value. Act NAO!

Well imo, you should.
If you want a classic shooter, go back to 4. But it takes about 5 minutes to get into a game and when you do it will most probably be full of hacking ****s.
I use Black Ops as a time machine. If you want to kill time easily you can play it. When you want to sell it, just turn off your console. When you want to play it again after a while, play it.
Even though Black Ops no doubt has the worst community ever in history of gaming, you can bypass that by partying up with your mates.
A lot of things people hate about Black Ops can be easily fixed like:
Air-Support - Ghost Pro or Barebones.
Grenade Launchers - Barebones.
Campers - Killcam/Flanking
Health - Hardcore
etc etc.
There is many flaws but it's not as bad as hackers in 1/2 matches so you can't play at all.
Battlefield is an alternative. The campaign is great and the script is amazing. The only flaw is that the multi-player experience has more health than other FPS games. It also takes a while getting used to the controls.

Yes for Zombies only and NO for the normal multiplayer. I havent gone back to the multiplayer ever since I started playing zombies.

Don't get it back!
I recently gave it a few sessions out of curiosity as my missus said she'd been enjoying it..
The smaller overall size of the maps, the clientele, the cheap kills mentality, the bad spawning, random hit detection and poor host connection problem all combine to make it a totally frustrating experience where every single match is down to 60% luck and 40% bullish effort. Insulting to folk who just want a cool time seeing who's better than who due to talent.
I'm upping my wife's medication.
