What do we get next, that Sony let their subscription to Norton antivirus run out? Something doesn't add up here....they didn't just suddenly forget to type /secure on and all of this happened, and I'm also relatively positive that people have tried to hack them and their sites before 2011.

I've given up on asking about that.. I've asked it before and was ignored for the most part. Only thing I got was something that ran along the lines of "why do things happen when they happen" which I think applies to someone getting into an accident or something but not when it's been years and there's always been money involved with apparently an easy entry from all the "expert" accounts.

This is an example of sarcasm. The author/writer is portraying a statement that obviously can bring the reader to a conclusion of the actions of those in hacking communities for the past 15 years. Most everyone is aware that attempts to hack any major corporation have been made and most likely failed, otherwise would've been frenzied (ie PSN breach frenzy)

This is an example of fact, truth, or a statement that has merit. The only obvious conclusion is that attempts HAVE been previously made to attack/hack this company, and ultimately failed until April of 2011. Otherwise....(refer to PSN breach frenzy and sensationalism articles.)
