i did this step

From a PC, enter your current Sign-in ID and password. A notification will pop up saying an email will be sent to your Sign-in ID (email address) with instructions on how to change your password.


i entered my sign-in ID and password it says maintenance =(

Reset it through Qriocity web site, just click forgot password after inputting the original Email adress, and when you get e-mail, you can reset there with no problem.

Because its my second Eu account, I didn't know date of birth either. Being cheating on GT5

Where do you live? And what country was your account registered to? I am experiencing the exact same problem as you do.

I am currently studying in Korea as an exchange student, wherever I sign in PSN with my US account, on my PS3 it says the service is under maintenance, whilst on my PC it displays the exact same message:

My only explanation is that since the PSN service for Korea hasn't been restored, connection to PSN US (or any other region) from Korea is also blocked. What do you think?

Please let me know what's going on on your side. It seems like we are the only ones having this problem here lol.

Hi Powell,

So what you are suggesting is that since S. Korean server is still under maintenance, I cannot log in to my US PSN account. That is exactly what I was thinking as well.

But actually it makes little sense to me as my PSN account is registered on the PSN US server, and thus suppose NOT to be affected by what's going on in Korea.

Please let me know what you think. I am sitting on fire right now, seeing how people downloading tons of stuff, getting their games back online, while I'm stuck with Demon's Souls offline mode.

but in my country psn is working i can log in with my other account's

but this one just need to change password and the password u need to change it from the link and the website under maintenance -_-
