Can't access free content

Hi all. I am unable to access any of the free games that Sony are offering, when I log into the store all I get is the (icon) option to enter the free PSN+ stuff (which I've done). I understtand you have to "buy" the free welcome back package before you download the free games, I don't have that option.

I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem? I'm hoping that it's just heavy traffic but it's strange that my Son has got his 2 games on his slim console upstairs yet I can't access anything on my phat down here.

Try this:
1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

think that should sort you out

also check the video store for 3 free movie rentals
