Problem with games in Welcome back program

Hi guys,

I have problems with games from Welcome back program - I can't download them. When I go to the section with free games I cannot choose anything (pressing on that tab / section does no effect) here's what I get on the screen . - as you can see I'm highlighting it but when I try to 'enter' it nothing happens - am I doing something wrong ? I tried the same thing on my two different accounts. I'll be very glad if someone could help with it.

When I tried to get my free games yesterday, the two PS3 games weren't showing up. But you're saying that we just have to go to "My Account"? OK, I'll try that out.

Hey guys, I got dead nation and infamous. But for me the downloads are taking FOREVER!!! I got dead nation to finish downloading, but infamous HOLY ****! Its been downloadin for like 1 day now(I swear to god, I started the download at 6am EST sunday and its monday @ 2:58am) and its still not done!

Is anyone else also downloading really slow?

My PS3 downloads really slow... all the time... although last night I messed around with my router settings and managed to speed up downloads a bit Gave my PS3 a static ip and using dmz, instantly seen a significant increase in speed. Instead of 1% every 10 minutes it was 1% every 3 mins :P

Internet connection where I live is poor, we only get a max of 2gb/s (somehow) but currently only recieving 1.4mb/s.

I live in Australia, pretty used to slow downloads

but its probably just because there are like a million others downloading the game at the same time as you

It's where the internet browser is. Right of the game icon. It's the very top one. Keep lookin you'll find it.

It's not "my account" it's "account management" then you have to click on Service List or something like that, just find that and find your FREE Game 1 or 2 icon from there.

I wasent able to DL my first free game, I got some kind of error, so I went back and tried it again and really wanted infamous so I picked that game again and it worked so is there a way to get another game or because I chose the same game 2X im out of luck?

Try what Ixion said it'll tell you in there how many you have left.
You should be able to select one more.
Call Sony if you are unable to do it yourself.
