Well obviously there are some 4channers at DICE, there is at all decently sized companies I would say. But the "No dino's in CoD" was posted lots and lots of places not related to 4chan.

Some Rare employee also said months ago on there that Rare were starting to fire their art staff and that turned out to be true too later.

Also a big strange events during multiplayer would be hilarious. (IE. some small things like rat invasion in metro tunnels or something bigger events like a Ufos and aliens from mars attack destroying the city every 1/100000 games or such.)
Of course during halloween the odds would be bigger.

MW3 would be GoTY if the Russians were using Dinosaurs. I laughed so hard while reading the OP lol. I never noticed a dinosaur in the demo (I'm guessing there is some footage I haven't seen). I love how the Battlefield dudes aren't afraid to have a little fun lol.
