Heh, this doesn't worry me, to be honest, the 97% shooter aspect of ME2 doesn't worry me that much either. Dragon Age 2 worries me to all hell but my main fear is if this will require Origin to play.

I don't know why my interest in Mass Effect has plummeted. I absolutely loved the first one, and played the second one quite a bit, as well. Nonetheless, I don't find myself too interested in getting Mass Effect 3 when it releases. The trailer does look promising, though. If I don't buy it, I'll most certainly rent it.

Game is going to be awesome. I will be carrying over all my Mass Effect saves from 1 to 2, and now to 3. So pumped for this game. Love the Kinect integration as well.

Just did the multiplayer, where you fight waves of enemies with teammates. Now that is fun. I love the weapons, the map looks, and the power ups. I went with all black for my character. Ninja me!

GOTY in the making it seems. Nice.Mass Effect 3 pre-order numbers are "well ahead" of those for Mass Effect 2 at the same point before its release, publisher EA has trumpeted.
Higher numbers of pre-orders are no doubt helped by the game's simultaneous launch on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, a first for the series.
Nevertheless, interest in the sci-fi RPG has also beaten EA's internal targets, EA product manager Will Graham told MCV.
