top of the page, profile > UserCP.
To give rep click the little star button underneath someones postbit (Where their post count, SP, join date is)

Didnt wanna start a new thread about it so I'll ask here
Once in UserCP at the bottom of the page it shows who hs rep'd me, but how do I view who actually gave the rep? All I see is the comment left by whoever was sweet and lovely
I bet I'm being a noob

At the end of the line, there's a date and member name.

New members had defective usercp (mine was) and no name appeared. Vintage had to fix it...maybe his case is similar
