Is this real? If so, wow. I really want this technology to be incorporated into games! Low poly-count objects has always been a distraction in even the best looking games for me.

I knew it sounded too good to be true. The technology is real, but not as impressive as the narrator makes it appear. Notch had a field day with this video.

Wasnt there a Megadrive game that used spheres instead of pixels to generate models and the world is that the same thing?
