SourceThe PlayStation Team here at IGN gets a lot of questions from readers. A lot. One of the more common ones is about the PlayStation 3 game Sorcery. Originally shown at E3 2010 as a promising title utilizing PlayStation Move, all has been quiet about Sorcery ever since. Is the game still coming? Is it stuck in development hell? Or -- worse yet -- was it outright cancelled?
Today, we can report that Sorcery is still in development, and better yet, we'll be seeing more about it soon. Speaking with IGN, Sony's Eric Levine told us that "Yes, Sorcery is still in development and we're very excited to show everyone how this PlayStation Move exclusive game is coming along." Better yet, Sorcery will be fully playable at Sony's Holiday Showcase in New York City this December, where we'll be able to provide you with our very first hands-on impressions.
So to the legions of readers and listeners of Podcast Beyond that have asked about Sorcery over the last year and a half or so, consider your question answered.
Sweet. I liked the look of this at last years E3 (check the link to watch video demo incase you don't remember). Might get Move if this turns out any good
Fingers crossed!

FINALLY we get some freaking word, I got a move controller and that for Sorcery - Was also expecting more decent move third person move titles - then it was all but announced cancelled. Now its not. Beyond happy, and dont feel like I completely wasted $130! ^^
Though I wonder if they turned it from a $40 more title, into a full priced title - since it was suppose to be released forever ago, or so they made me believe

This is good news for me too! I've been waiting for it ever since I've seen the Move demo from E3.
