I personally like the IMAX trailer the most, mainly because of the editing.

I think the international trailer is probably more faithful to the pacing of the movie, even if the music didnt quite have the right tension in it.

Yeah, I do agree with some of the criticisms of the US trailer. And I like the slower, subtleness with tension brewing underneath which i think will be more of the film's tone.

I've been waiting for this full trailer, been aching over it for soooo long. I feel quite satisfied for now.

Yeah, I think I've seen enough for now. I don't want to have spoiled too much before seeing Prometheus. I especially don't want to read any script leaks.

If it was THE script, I would so hit that

Knowing Ridley though, even having the script they're using it could easily be different in parts. He has on multiple movies re-written monologues/dialogue again and again up till the moment it's shot. But it would be very cool still to read how the story/plot works, pans out.

Hey guys, check out this picture. Look at the sarcophagi (4) surrounding the Jockey Chair:

Notice anything weird with 3 of them?

They have holes punched in the chest region, only one does not.

Also.. It looks like Scott has edited the Jockey Ship. It now looks just like the one from LV426- here is a comparison of the first trailer vs the latest:

The pieces are coming together.. We may have been lied to.

Edit: actually this looks like they merely rotated the model around.

So there's 4 space jocky's in the ship and only he's awake. Or he's the last to die.

Also, keep in mind we have seen slimy snake like things moving around (proto-chest burster...things?) and we can clearly see that three of the coffins have been blown through.

Janek also says in the trailer that they've picked up "A lifeform", singular.

Blown through? Your talking about the holes? Maybe it's my phone but those look built in.

Janek's line is like right at the start so it could just be the organisms are just starting, only one at the time. It may not refer to the jockey.

I don't think it would be laying upright if it was the bioship on LV426. I still think the one we see in Prometheus is a different one and we're dealing with different creatures, minus the Space Jockey of course since it's the pilot.

So excited for this. Ridley Scott, what appears to be some thoughtful, “real” SciFi, re-exploring the Alien universe ... to be honest, I’m probably more stoked about this than I am Batman

The two on the right don't even look like they have holes because of the lighting.

Shaw gave birth to something here. You can see it has an umbilical cord (small tentacle in the center) and she is seemingly having a C-section.

closer examination makes it appear to be some kind of... Squid.

I think we need to start putting details like these in spoiler tags. We're only in march... by May we'll have unearthed the entire story. That's fine for people who chose to know everything, but it should be a choice.

I'm already starting to avoid initial TV spots, let alone the ones in late May/June.

I meant to comment on this a while back, but another theory on the King reference in the trailer.... could it be Peter Weyland? We all know Weyland Corp. doesn't go under, but something may happen with Guy Pearce.

I was wondering where the hell he was. Thanks for pointing that out Vulgotha. So he is old, alright... back to one android then which I always figured was the case. But I couldn't find him in any of the trailers. I couldn't tell it was him in the suit in motion, if I look at a frame I'll probably see it now.

Ah, damn... he's ooollllddd.... like needing a walker old. I never looked in the back of that shot. Oh well, having the founder onboard is still intriguing. Would've been awesome to have Pearce more apart of the action.

Btw, I don't think this is needed in spoilers. I meant creatures and character deaths, more of the meat of the story. We all know about the Space Jockey so that was never a major thing.
