I think we did this last year. But I'll keep it simple. Fill out as many of the following categories as you can with the names of members who you feel are most deserving of their respective titles. I am planning to close this thread on New Year's Eve, at which point I will then set up the polls the following day, which will run for the first two weeks of January. The “Member of the Year” will receive 25,000 SP (which accounts for all of my SP) and +rep while all other winning entrants will receive 10,000 SP and +rep. Obviously you can't nominate yourself.

Member of the Year [DT] - very, very knowledgeable. Very helpful in the Apple and health threads. A model forumer.

New Member of the Year (registered after January 1st, 2011) N/A - Wasn't around often enough throughout the first portion of the year to make a fair decision.

Veteran Member of the Year (registered before January 1st, 2011) - Lefein. Makes quality posts 99% of the time that really get discussion moving. A valuable forum member, indeed.

Subscriber of the Year - Eltimas. He makes the subscriber experience fun, and interesting.

Design Squad Member of the Year - Kwesnoth. From banned, to back, to an excellent Design Squad member. The perfect comeback.

SMC of the Year - Vulgotha. He's a tremendously intelligent fellow, and a very consistent staff member. Although he may not know, he's definitely someone I use as a role model to becoming a better SMC.

Moderator of the Year - dc89. As a new SMC, DC was always around to give me a hand. The entire moderation team is great, but DC's helpful hand and occasional humor make him the perfect balance of a staff member.

Administrator of the Year - Mr. Bishop. The entire administration is to thank for all of the site's new features, and homepage integration. But these changes all started taking place when Bishop took the helm. PSU needed someone who truly cared and was willing to put in the time to make things better around here again. We might be the site we once were, but Bishop has it on a road to success.

News Reporter of the Year - Adam Dolge. Who better to nominate for the news reporter of the year than the herald of the reporters himself. Adam has shown extraordinary effort in connecting with the forum and tying everything regarding news to both the homepage and the forums. Despite this, he still finds the time to write some excellent articles. It's a balancing act, and Adam perfects it.

Contributor of the Year - Silver_Knight. Although it may have been excessive at times, S.K. really got the Off-Topic section going unlike it had seen in recent months. He made plenty of great threads, and although they were silly, they got members enjoying the site like that hadn't been doing in years.

Contest Organizer of the Year - The PSU.com staff, administration. (There is no sole person to thank for the amount of contests we've had this year).

Funniest Member of the Year - FallingBullets. As though this is a surprise.

Most Active Member of the Year - F34R. Despite no longer being on the staff, this guy is everywhere, and [almost] always contributing to every thread he sees. He's everywhere, and has created plenty of great discussions.

Most Helpful Member of the Year - [DT]. Again, he's an extremely helpful guy.

Best Signature/Avatar Designer of the Year - spyrde. This guy has made me several signatures and avatars. He's got a real niche for these kinds of things, and the community thanks him for it.

Most Missed Member of the Year - BJP. He was an excellent administrator and a great guy to chat with. I'd love for him to return.
