I want to see red dead redemption look like this. Love that game.

Id rather have higher AA levels on the next gen games then more realistic graphics.

Once more into the fray.
Into the last good fight I'll ever know.

Looking at games like KZ3, GOWIII and U3 or even U2 and KZ2 I would have to disagree.
Some games like infamous1 and 2 have little AA but most of the AAA games don't have many jaggies at all. PC gamers are spoiled so it's natural for them to want this. Performance wise 4x MSAA is the best choice. 8x has a much larger performance hit.

8x MSAA isn't very much more expensive than 4x MSAA these days. It's not we can't achieve 8x MSAA and not have next generation graphics. I'd prefer 1080 @ 4x MSAA tho.

In my experience, it's a much bigger difference than that.

As Ace Ventura would say; "Holy testicle Tuesday" sounds about right. I have to admit, I kinda skimped on the CPU side. At the time, the 1100T was a bit more pricey than what I got for not much more in clock speed. Regardless though, my machine spanks the crap out of just about any game which has been thrown at it. I feel like PC gamers have really received the shaft these past few years. Hell, if modders can pull these things off in their spare time, there's just no excuse for why game companies should skimp, regardless of the piracy concern which they tout every time. It's no wonder people are pirating and modding. They want the experience they deserve and I for one, don't blame them one iota for it.
