Good thing the Black Box isn't on that list.

It really isn't for those games listed. Downloads do not equal a lost sale. I doubt many of them were willing to buy the games if they weren't available for free.

You think half of those people who downloaded MW3 wouldn't have bought it if they couldn't get it for free? That's very hard for me to believe since it's such a huge seller.
It'd be funny if companies stopped putting their games out on PC to avoid that big number of pirating. It's funny that in this day in age people can steal as long as they have a reason too. Even if that reason is created by the thieves themselves.

PC piracy is ruining my PC gaming experience. Hence why I can no longer buy Assassin's Creed for PC anymore. I'm forced to buy the console version to get a proper experience.

Yeah, bcuz even people like me ended up pirating Assassin's Creed 2 even with having a purchased copy. But the added piracy is really just justifying the use of Heavy DRM.
What is terrible is that the Original Crysis was supposedly pirated bcuz people said it could not run on their hardware. Then Crysis 2 comes around with significantly better system requirements and people are like "it's a lame console port! I'm going to pirate this to teach you a lesson!" It's the most backwards logic I had ever witnessed.
I want more games like Crysis, Battlefield, Witcher, Hard Reset, and Serious Sam, etc, to keep coming and taking advantage of PCs. But piracy keeps killing that dream.私は日本語がわかります。図書館で読みます。ビール飲みます。

Crysis 2 specs aren't that much higher the main difference is the GPU which 4 years after the first I expect alot to have upgraded anyway I know I had.
The jump from C1 to C2 wasn't that huge and there are other games out that require considerably more RAM faster CPUs, GPUs etc than C2.
Even with the newest 7970 its not possible to max out C1 at 60FPS but in C2 it is.
I doubt anyone pirates a game if they know they cannot run it what is the piont of that ts a waste of time and bandwidth.

Cryengine 2 was an engine overhaul to build Crysis. They are not going to do another overhaul just to build Crysis 2 when they already have an up-to-speed engine. The main complaint about Crysis 1 was the GPU demand so they fixed that in Crysis 2 and made it run much better than Crysis 1, and then people complain about the very thing they asked for. Crysis 2 got a lot of nice visual features never seen in Crysis 1 like SSDO, SS Reflections, tessellation, improved motion blur and FoD, real-time GL, improved physics and particle effects, water physics, tessellated ocean, improved performance, True HDR, and a few more.

Really? Tell that to the devs and publishers that have spent millions doing all the research and millions spent on building DRM securities.
I guarantee they would know more about the losses related to piracy than you or I could ever imagine. A good place to start would be Microsoft. The largest software maker, largest DRM user, most pirated software provider to ever exist. They probably have research that would be a library in of itself.
Here is a good start on learning how piracy effects everyone:
