They're all excellent at what they do, but I have to vote for Bishop. Without him having taken leadership of the forums, 2011 would not have been the year of growth and improvements that it ultimately was. We might not be all the way through yet, but he has certainly improved the outlook of this website immensely.

I agree 100%. Not only does he show leadership and initiative but there are already results of his plans that can be seen around the forums right now
