I've always seemed to wear my jeans low-ish not extremely low but low enough as I like to wear them loose but I also use a belt. It was a habit I picked up whilst I skate as it felt more comfortable and I guess it's kind of stuck.

Skinny jeans are the things I really don't get.

yeah thats for sure, I work in a pretty good company right now. Im the office manager there but I am planning to move on somewhere else where they probably won't be so lenient. The point that I'm trying to make is (which is different than the OP) is that your clothes don't necessarily reflect who you are as an individual.

i'm a hardworking, computer savvy, and loyal employee and thats how I got my title; Not because of the attire I wore. i'm just pointing that out but you are right, the whole world doesn't operate with that mindset so I will have to be submissive to the world of "dress fancy = normal person" world... Hopefully things change.

Going back to the original purpose of this thread. I'm not sure why are we allocating style with music, since when can you not listen to hip hop if you don't wear saggy pants? or since when can't you not listen to rock if you don't wear skinny jeans? -____-

I listen to every type of music and enjoy it. I do have preferences but I (speaking generally) shouldn't have to be assigned a style if I listen to a certain type of music. That's kinda idiotic and ignorant.

What are pants that fit? Last I checked if it's comfortable it fits.

Oddly enough these people who have their pants worn ridiculously low, or ridiculously tight may actually find it comfortable. Who the hell are you to tell someone what's comfortable for them?

    A human

Also, it's already known that a woman will wear shoes that are uncomfortable for the sake of looking good. You can tell this is the case for when they come home and can't wait to take their shoes off because their feet are sore. It's pretty much the same thing with this, I have yet to see a woman that wears high heels for comfort, my wife sure doesn't but she wears them if we go out some place fancy. Just like guys that like to sag their pants/jeans below their butt and then tighten it with a belt, doubt it's comfortable as to them actually thinking they look good. there is a difference.

That's crap man. People don't sag their pants that god damn low because it's 100% (or anywhere near comfortable). Even tho it may be quite comfortable because there used to it, they sag their pants because it's what makes them look "cool" in public. I've noticed alot about people, and soo soo many folks will do things and wear things in public to make them selves look cool. To blend in.

Pants weren't made to sag off your $#@!ing ass, there made be worn over your cheeks. And guess what, they can STILL be comfortable. LIke I said earlier, some people aren't trying to sag, but don't pay close enough attention that their ass crack is out for the viewing. (tho I will openly admit that the other day, a new friend of mine showed her crack a little bit and I liked that )

I can absolutely tell someone that you can wear pants properly AND have them fit well.

    EDIT:

Actually, have some really nice jeans I wear and NONE of them sag and fit and NEVER sag in anyway. My shirts cover my back, but even then I think have the near perfect fit and will wear belt where I need to.

Do these black men realize that this is from Prison. This wearing the pants hanging down. And it supposed to mean
that you want someone to ride your butt.?!
Its got to be the stupidest thing I have seen in all my life. I glad they passing laws banning this asinine fashion trend.

Yes they do. Some people do it to show off their expensive brand underware and some do it because they think they look cool (hip hop style). Personally I don't get it, but I'm probably too old, to me it just looks retarded.

Baggypants were "common" in the 90s but i haven't really seen them since then.
Even the hiphop fans don't wear them that low around here.

I use to wear baggy jeans all the time. I never wore them like an idiot, I wore them properly. Why did I wear them? Cause I found them really comfortable. Now a days all you can really find is "loose fit", "Boot Cut" and Skinny Jeans. None of them are comfortable, but Im stuck with Loose Fit else I'd have no clothes.

Im by no means skinny, but Im not fat either.. hate how every store caters to the really skinny people.

I actually found having jeans just bellow the waist a lot more comfortable for when I was skating and it's just stuck since then.

The worst offenders are the ones that literally have them bellow their junk.

I used to be skinny tin ribs and tall for my age it was hard to find pants that fit me properly, in fact they never fit me at all, to get the length I needed a waist 2 inches too big so they were always baggy around the waist and arse and hung more on my hips than anything.

Since becoming 30 I have put weight on so my pants fit properly but because I have been wearing pants too big for so long I don't like it so will buy pants with the waist too big.
