A small Rep issue

Ok i want to say that this is not a explain the rep system thread.

Its just that my rep dips down and goes up 1, 2, 3 points now and then. And even when i am on the forum for couple of hours

My rep is 2759 points, but when i came on today it was 2760 and then when i was on earlier in the week and during that week it was 2758 points. Again its not a massive issue
But just wanted to know if anyone else has noticed a problem like this. Its as if your getting rep from someone, say someone with a rep power of 31 and you have rep at 2760. You expect your rep to increase to 2790 in one go, but it seems to take its time to get their and when it dose it dips down 2, 3, 4, or even 5 points sometimes you are either on the forum or not. You only notice it when you check you rep now and then.. I check mine to see has it changed up or down

But again, has anyone else noticed a change up or down in their rep points

Can't say that I've noticed mine going down, but I'll keep an eye on it and let you know.

cool, again its just a small thing in the rep and not to made into a big deal. Just thought i be the one to bring it up and we will not have a massive backlash on this

It's probably to do with likes and dislikes. I believe they affect rep, just in a very minor way... so a change by a point or two either way is probably because of that.
