Is home worth the time and space to spend on when you are
a). bored
b). be social
c). just for the sake of downloading it
d). Because its home and that is where the digital heart is
is home worth the download and playing again... I ask because i have just recently got a PS3 and i am in the process of getting all the games i had before and all the other stuff i had to... But is HOME much more then what it was when it was launched all them years ago and how much has it changed over the years...I still have my 360 and i feel a home type program would not suit the 360 live network. Because it has the lame party element and that sucks alot when you just have so many in at once that you can not hear your self think...
But is it worth downloading again HOME i mean

I can't comment on the "new" Home since I've only been on it once. I've been on the "old" Home a few times and found it a waste. There are a few decent games to pass the time but not nearly enough. The people there seem to be kind of antisocial unless their with friends or the male avatars are trying to flirt with the slutty female avatars. I don't think i would go on it again but i say you should try it out for yourself.

so in all... It is with friends and it is not with the antisocial aspect.
I hate the connection problem is still an issue and it has alot of none enjoyment factors added to it... This is going to be tough to sell to me now
Thanks to Spyrde/Sylar

Probably a proper poll woulda been nice. I think Home is pretty boring. Others like it, and there are a lot of people using it, it's just not my cup of tea.

I enjoy PS Home quite a bit. I like to browse around playing the games and watching movies or ads in the theater. I can easily kill 2hrs messing around in Home.

It's fun for a little while, and when they're having some special events like E3 or stuff like that, but otherwise a lot of time to download and update this and that. depends on if you really care about decorating a virtual apartment or avatar and seeing a bunch of phonies running around with an avatar that doesn't represent them, trying to hit on a female avatar that's really a 40 something year old guy!

it would be better if i had friends on it

Let's be honest: You sleep with anything that walks on two legs. Sometimes, you're not even that discriminating

This is why I don't use HOME very often, I rarely see anyone I know use HOME.
If more people on my Friends list used HOME, I could see myself using it a lot more.
I had a blast using HOME in the closed BETA (when you could travel to different regions!)
Nearly everyone was using mics, but since then, they've removed Open Mics in HOME.
And it's lost some of its charm.
