One day, I'm being praised by the administration for all the work I'm doing, and the very next day, I'm demoted lol. Makes sense? Of course it does. The irony falls into play when the three/four people that Aje (the admin that demoted me) used their complaints as ammunition against me, were notorious fanboys that I disciplined for trolling and harassing other members, insulting them, etc., have all been perma banned for continuing on that tradition after I was demoted. Adding more fuel to the fire of this grand conspiracy to oust me because of my hard nose approach no matter who you are, how long you'd been here, regardless of console preference, I was later apologized to for being treated the way I was by several of the staff. The head of the forums even spoke with me about it and said he wished he would have handled it all differently.

See the problem was that the then current leaders didn't want their main PS3 fans disciplined for their behavior because they were "the life" of the forum. They were perfectly fine with letting them troll and harass the 360 users at the time. There was an outcry over the demotion from a decent portion of the active members at the time. Most couldn't understand why I was demoted, and behind closed doors with a couple red names, I promised that I wouldn't bring to light some of the things that I knew about that was going on. I've kept that part of the deal this entire time.

Yeah, I burned some bridges after that, holding back no punches while the staff went through a rough time with issues of fairness towards different "camps". Will I ever be on the staff again? I seriously doubt it. There has been talk about it happening, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm more of a proactive person. The way they have things set up these days doesn't mesh well with my style of moderating.

Yes, I still butt heads with a few of the staff, and I try and converse with them whenever I have an issue with something that did, didn't do, etc. That's only because I think everyone should be treated the same, and sometimes that still isn't done. It's a work in progress though, and the current state of moderating is better than it was a year ago. I can say that I'm no longer angry though lol. Now that's progress.

That's the Readers Digest condensed version. I could post PM's, screenshots, etc., and make this into one epic blowout, but those probably wouldn't last long lol, and I promised a long time ago that I wouldn't.

F34R and I dont always agree on all topics but I will say that his moderating was always down the middle and if you had an issue with how he handled things he would promptly respond to your pm and talk it out with you.

I remember when you gave a friend of mine a warning when he first joined the forums. Those were the days. Overall, I think you were a good member of staff. Thus far, though, I think we differ as members of staff. I tend to be more willing to let things slide before acting, because I don't want to over-moderate the forums. But I've only been a moderator for what, a week?

And sorry Xelis. Wish I could access a screenshot of when you were staff.
