200 3DS Game in Development + New Sidescrolling Mario for 3DS

There is more information than just this but at Nintendo's investor briefing it was confirmed that 200 3DS titles are in development. Obviously, not all 200 are going to be winners but considering a lot of the big ones on the way that we know of amount to only a small fraction of that it makes me wonder what more is in store. E3 this year is going to be interesting, to be sure.

In addition it was announced that a new sidescrolling 2D Mario game will be on the way for the 3DS within the next fiscal year.

it is going to be an incredible year for 3ds... Lets see what E3 brings

New Super Mario Bros. 3DS should be an absolute beast of a seller, if even 3D Land has sold 5 million copies in the couple of months it's been on the market. Nintendo just announced that NSMB DS has sold 29 million copies to date, the legs that game has had is absolutely incredible.

Also, Mario Kart 7 is @ 4,5 million, not bad.
