I like to ask that it would be cool to add color to ranks.
Newbie could be blue
Apprentice could be green
Trainee could be pink
Member could be black and so on with new color for high rank people like gold for gold menber and shine mix green & white. anyway it's just a idea that I think would be cool
Also I would like it if you add a new effect item, which I would think would like the right to buying a rank name the I can call my self. and you can they buy add title like super, great, best, master. like super hero and the it could pay like 5000 for rank name change rigths and 2000 for add on title.
Anyway this is just my idea and I think this would be cool. and this would give shopper more thing's to buy.

will I didn't think it would be a big deal, we don't have to have colors for all the names just like 3-5 colors would be nice.

Adding colours wouldn't bring anything to the forums, except for making it too colourful and potentially confusing people.
Regarding the ability to change ones title, you can already do this! Go to the Effects Shop and buy the Change Title. It costs 15000 skill points, which is reasonable as it is a feature designed for regular, expereinced members.

OK I understand what your trying to say now Rebon. Can you do one more thing for me and delete this post or maybe one of the mod's can delete this post as it is no longer needed. Thank you.

I have a question. Instead of locking topics why don't MODs just delete them? Most of them have no value to anyone for leaving them to read.
-
07-04-2005 #9As far as I can tell, the moderators/administrators usually leave a message in the post, as a warning or otherwise just stating what was wrong with the post. If they were to delete the posts, the post creator would never know what they did wrong, and then would start making the posts again and again... or they would start making useless posts asking where their original post was. This way, it prevents even MORE useless posts from being made.

By not deleting them it prevents other people making the same posts that just end up getting locked.

i think that we should change the number of posts in order to increase your rank, because it takes so long to become a mod. I have a life and i do not want stay on this forum and keep posting just to get a certain rank. I am not trying to rude or anything, i just think we should change the number of posts to achieve a certain rank, because we all know how long it takes and the points you recieve are not that high to buy an icon.

07-17-2005 #13You don't become a mod by getting higher ranks. Members are chosen to be Mods by the Admins.i think that we should change the number of posts in order to increase your rank, because it takes so long to become a mod.

The rank system is just for fun and to show other members' seniority here.

"Haha newbie, fear me, for I am a... RUGULAR MEMBER!!!!!!" Its so fun to rat on people for their rank.
I've noticed the star system, and nobody ever got past the 4th star (I've only seen playstation4life).
I hope to stay here long enough to become an Elite member, well between then and now, I'll work on my posting skills. Colors sound a little complicated, then you have to compensate for the star system.

I have more posts than him and I've yet to reach 5 stars. But I'm sure I'll get there soon. I used to have all the stars filled up until the rating system was changed.

I've worded my post wrong, I meant he was the only member with 4 stars. Now I see some members have 4 stars, the Super Elite title caught my eye.

07-24-2005 #21It takes a little more than that to get 4 stars, but he's almost there.

wow I guess I'll be here for a year or two just to past that number. 2000 is great, but 3000 is harder.
