Is anyone having problems (UK) at all watching vids online? Trying to watch new series of mentalist on tv links and it just keeps loading ( never had this problem) also Pornhub doesn't work!!!!??? I mean WTF! When my GF's out I have to use my phone now!

PS3 has a shitty browser always has and always will.
Best off downloading the TV shows you want to PC then stream them to PS3 using Ps3 media server I did it all the time its far easier and quicker than messing around with the crummy PS3 joke of a web browser.Last edited by keefy; 02-06-2012 at 00:32.

The ps3 browser is terrible. It's hit or miss an I know mine freezes all the time. But as a tip turning off javascipt can help reduce the chance of freezes an loading times.

Every once and a while flash goes through a major enough upgrade that the PS3 browser cannot play some site's video.

Yeah I usually download and stream anyway. Just I never had and problems
Ever since mega upload has gone it seems everywhere is backing down. Also I have an iMac and the media server I use isn't very good.

I now have to turn off javascript for google to work on the PS3 browser. Now that is sad.

ps3's just don't have enough memory for that think they only got about 256 ram it'll work for a bit but then say there is not enough memory

In Linux it was possible to use the Video RAM as extra swap memory so I be the ame could be applied to regular apps.

Yeah, I have to leave javascript off just to cut down on the amount of times the browser locks up on certain sites.
