BOOM!
Should pass GT1 LTD sales eventually.
EDIT: New update posted on PSU just a few minutes after I posted this:
A new patch for Gran Turismo 5 will be rolled out on February 7, Polyphony Digital boss Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed via Twitter.
No details on what the patch will include have been confirmed as of yet, though it is expected the update will take GT5 to version 2.04.
The racer, originally released in November 2010 after a lengthy development cycle, has received numerous DLC and patches since launch, the most significant being the Spec 2.0 update.
In addition, Sony has re-released the game in the U.S. under the moniker of Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition, which features the original game plus Spec 2.0 and various DLC vouchers.
Check out our review of Gran Turismo 5 here.

Hmpf, pretty good going there Polyphony! Seems like GT5 retains the crown of racing sim king.

I kinda want the game even though I'm not a huge racing fan. I would still like to go through some of the cars and just drive for fun. Maybe check out some online races. If I get time...

I hadn't really touched a driving game since Test Drive on the C64 and Microprose's Grand Prix on the Amiga (have dabbled with a couple NFS's but never really drew me in). GT5 has me addicted, just like the old days. Happy times!
but,
Back to work next week.. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Let's be honest: You sleep with anything that walks on two legs. Sometimes, you're not even that discriminating

Oh dear, I hope the game doesn't become stagnant. I've had it for just under a fortnight, but I'm positively hooked.
