    Red Dead Remption

Hey, my brother wants to get a good free roaming game that has co-op. RDR was the only game that popped into my mind. So he was gonna get it for the both of us.

But is RDR good for co-op online or whatever? How is it?

Yes there is online but no local co-op. Otherwise, RDR is a masterpiece and you absolutely should not miss it.

When I read the thread title I thought it was a twist for a sequel or some DLC but then I realised it was just spelt wrong

Id definitely recommend the game, there is so much to do (especially with the zombies now) and has the best horse riding physics I've experienced in a game.

ROFL! Noticed I mis-spelt it just now.

From videos I've seen the horse riding does look to be the best.

I will be that guy and tell you the game is not that good. It is a big world but you will quickly find the same 4 events repeat. The last missions are the same as the first just with different people. Every game is repetative but this takes the cake. Bring on the flames!!!

yes the game is repetitive, but the story is honestly fairly good. John is one of my favourite game characters this gen.

RDR is one of Rockstar's finer titles. May not be for everyone, but a game you owe it to yourself to at least check out. And it really is no more repetitive than any other game out there.

    Hey now, none of that.

This thread is not for talking about the quality of the game. I already know I will love.

The question of the thread, is how awesome is the online. Is it that I can go shoot up a town with my bro, if he and I are online?

Imo the online is quality as you could both enter a private game where the whole map is yours to play with or alternatively you could both posse up & run amock on a public server. There is plenty to entertain

I thought the online was pretty damn fun. Lot of stuff to do and last I saw a fair number of users still seem to play.
