Redeemed my Online Code for KoA , played for over 15 hours, but STILL never received my ME3 Armor. What gives?

Once you redeem the code its in the first towns special delivery box, kind of weird its not in the chest for you - Mine had it in there, with my fate-touched weapons and all the other crap my preorder.
