Lethal, are you saying that we can remote play PSN games like Castle Crashers, Dead Nation, Might and Magic Clash of Heroes, etc......?

I saw that on YouTube. A chap was remote playing battlefield 3.
My main concern about that was if you unlock a trophy remote playing and sync trophies on the vita would this trophy from a backup sync to your PSN profile? Thus leading to it being detected the vita has been connected to a modded system etc facing the ban hammer? Maybe I'm reading too much into it at this early stage. Do you have to be signed in on the vita to remote play?

This is true. To connect your Vita to the modded PS3 you must act as though you are connecting a phone. Enter the number the PS3 gives you to enter on the Vita and you are set.
When the Vita connects to the modded PS3 the Vita services shut down. No internet access. Nothing you do in remote play saves on the Vita console itself. Everything stays stored on the PS3. So when you are done with remote play, the Vita then gains it's features back such as 3G, and online services.

Brilliant, thanks for clarifying.
Can you not unlock trophies in remote play then neither? (not that it matters, I was just wondering what happens when you are disconnected from remote play and have PS3 trophies unlocked via the vita. More curiosity than anything).
Thanks

Thanks Lethal, for showing that off. It's awesome! I thought the image quality looked pretty decent for what it is, and the lag didn't really look that bad
Bro-fist for the Gears3 Xbox

You wrote you can get trophies twice, how does that work?
Can i "redownload" PSN titles to the VITA and earn the trophies all over again?
That might be interessting because i've bought alot in the store so i'd have a pile of games to finish (again) on the PSV
Edit: I'd like to know how long the powercable is, i'll have it plugged in most of the time if the battery only lasts 3 hours.Last edited by Beast of Bourbon; 02-16-2012 at 11:44.

What's the point of earning them twice? Is your PSN account on the vita specifically tied to the trophy support of the PSN acct used on the PS3; thus doubling your trophies artificially?

So why did you pick the wifi/3G version over the wifi only version? Was it because of the deal or because you prefer the 3G over the wifi only? I ask because I still don't have my mind made up about the 3G. I'm leaning toward Wifi only, but I'm still unsure.
Awww! Little baby bunny! <3
