USB cable comes with it. I plug it in to the PC and it installs a driver, yet I am unable to access the pictures from my Vita.

I am uploading a video of me trying to play Killzone 3 with one hand on the Vita lol.

I haven't tried connecting it to my pc yet, but the charging cable itself is a usb that plugs into the ac adapter so I don't see why you would need a cable that is sold separately.

Ok this is pretty damn cool! I am able to connect my Vita to my modded PS3 and play backups and emulators. I will make a video of me playing Killzone 3 from my Vita

I saw that on YouTube. A chap was remote playing battlefield 3.

My main concern about that was if you unlock a trophy remote playing and sync trophies on the vita would this trophy from a backup sync to your PSN profile? Thus leading to it being detected the vita has been connected to a modded system etc facing the ban hammer? Maybe I'm reading too much into it at this early stage. Do you have to be signed in on the vita to remote play?

There is no way for Sony to detect the Vita using remote play with a modded PS3. The Vita can not connect online when in remote play with the modded PS3. Nothing actually carries over to the Vita itself.

Can you not unlock trophies in remote play then neither? (not that it matters, I was just wondering what happens when you are disconnected from remote play and have PS3 trophies unlocked via the vita. More curiosity than anything).

If you are using remote play with a PS3 running the latest firmware then you can unlock trophies and access the friends list just fine. You can also unlock trophies using remote play with a modded PS3 but you will not be able to sync the trophies naturally.

If there is a game that is compatible with both the PS3 and Vita, you can download on both systems and earn the trophies twice.

What's the point of earning them twice? Is your PSN account on the vita specifically tied to the trophy support of the PSN acct used on the PS3; thus doubling your trophies artificially?

The 3G bunde in the US alone is such a steal. For $300 you get a 3G Vita, a 250MB 3G pass, a 8G memory stick and a free game. If you were to buy a WiFi only Vita and an 8G memory card, you would be forking out more than $300, that's for sure.

Yes, but is it worth it in the long run? You gotta pay ATT monthly, right? I have a contract with them and pay enough for internet on my phone.
