gamespotMidway served Sony Ericsson a steaming plate of litigation as it filed a lawsuit accusing the mobile communications giant of distributing Defender on mobile phones without permission. Midway still holds the copyrights for the arcade classic from 1980 and 1981, according to the lawsuit.
Filed on June 24, the complaint claimed that it never authorized Sony Ericsson's US subsidiary, Ericsson, to distribute the game, and, as a result, its business and property were "severely damaged." Midway wants the court to award it damages and reimbursement of legal fees. It also asked that Ericsson be forced to turn over all offending mobile phones and software in its possession.
An Ericsson spokesperson declined to comment, stating that the company had not yet been formally served the lawsuit by the court. Midway's lawyer confirmed the existence of the suit but declined to comment further on the matter.

E3 torrented!
E3 torrented!
By: Justin Pinter
Recently a torrent website was put up that is strickly dedicated to seeding E3 videos. The videos are fast downloads and are in high-definition. The website is fairly new and just started and they have already posted all three press confrences including Sony's amazing show and tell.
This is a great place to get the newest game trailers of E3 in HD without having to pay membership fees for something like IGN.
The website is : http://titaniumtorrents.com/index.php

Uh, I suggest not making this go live. Do to lawsuits that could happen. If the videos are from gamespot, they could sue the pants off us.
