I rarely play games a second time. And I doubt I would replay a PSP game on the vita even if Sony just gave me a digital version of all PSP games I have bought.
That happened with the PS3 and PS2 games. I even tried to play PS2 games I've never played like "Shadow of the Colossus" on the PS3 but I just couldn't stand the the gfx.
That's not to say that there aren't people who like playing old games on new consoles.

The only PSP games I want to bring over are the Square Enix ones and they aren't on the store anyway.
