Fallout New Vegas trophy issues

I started the game up from the beginning and the first time i earned a trophy it said something like " didnt earn or collect this trophy'. Any idea what gives. It was the first trophy you get at doc mitchels house. It happened before when I was playing, not sure what i did so I started over. Anybody have this issue.

My GOTY edition didn't arrive today but hopefully this doesn't happen to me.

I deleted everything and re installed it. It seems to be working just fine now. If any knows about this, Id still like to know whats up, so I can avoid this problem in the future.

I never had this problem, but you should know that there still might be glitches and freezes in this game later on when you play. I know I had major freezing issues in the Zion Park DLC and even in the main quest, but that was once I was close to level 50. The devs on these games really need to test their games for an even longer time, even if it takes 5 years to release it.

did you by any chance copy or paste your game file???? becuase it says "you did not earn this trophy" is what it said for my fallout 3 file after i transfered my save data to another ps3.
