MAYBE we will get the Trophy Room for the next console release but doubtful about this Gen.
From i believe it was the same conference they also showed cross game voice AND video chat. I would've loved to get these implemented long before the Home Trophy Room that's for sure.
Trophies are pointless to me personally so a virtual trophy room is equally as pointless IMHO. To each their own tho right?Last edited by faaeng; 03-02-2012 at 02:34.

Everything promised with Home has been an effing lie... I'm super pissed about it... It was supposed to be an XMB substitute/replacement..
Wheres my personal movie room where I can watch everything on my ps3s XMB... Or music player that I can play everything I've put or ripped on my ps3.... Trophy room... Hell for the most part that homes been out launch game wasn't even enabled...
I wanted to be able to stay in home and do everything I can do in XMB... But I can't do 1/4 of what I'm able to do.... And it was promised from the start... But they keep adding unasked for features...

Honestly, Home is a fantastic idea. I just don't think the tech is there yet. I mean with the huge files and updates the whole thing takes a while to load in. Then once you're there it, it's cool, but not really useful. I realise some folks like to decorate a beutiful virtual apartment etc, etc. But the coolest features didn't really materialise for me anyway. I do like that you can go in and see the theatre screen for stuff like E3, but for that matter, I can stream it on my PC just as well. And the communications were not that great the last time I was there. Also, you'd have thought they would have come right out and said Cross talk was not possible a long time ago, but they didn't. And don't get me started on all the fools running around chasing a female avatar in a skirt! and how much fun is a dance party anyway? Not much fun unless you have a bubble machine .......... I guess......

Why does anyone even care? I can't remember the last time I even gave HOME any thought..who would've used it like this anyway? Menus are much more efficient.
Personally I think they should just take it off the systems like they did with OtherOS.Trophy-licious!

The idea was good, the execution......wasn't. They need to try this again next-gen.....with a better plan.

home was good untill then they added the shopping mall in my opinion they tried to make us pay for stuff a little bit to early
