It was the day we had the most people ever on here, LOL, if I recall correctly.
It certainly seemed that way.
No one could play their PS3 online.
Actually reading that statement..
Just means they waited a day, and it fixed itself.“We are aware that the internal clock functionality in the PS3 units other than the slim model, recognized the year 2010 as a leap year. Having the internal clock date change from February 29 to March 1 (both GMT), we have verified that the symptoms are now resolved and that users are able to use their PS3 normally.”
So it doesnt look like they fixed it, but I'm sure they have a workaround in place.
Oh well I guess we will hear if its fixed in 2014

If it does happen ever again Surely manually changing the date will fix it any way.

Is there a way to fix the leap year bug on my ps3?
i dont have an internet connection on my ps3 at the moment so is there any other way without having to send it away or pay for it?
