Ashton Kutcher wasn't even that good in That 70's Show. Charlie Sheen had his timing and delivery perfected. He was so funny in Two and a Half Men. Kutcher is not an acceptable replacement.

Watched every episode till Charlie left then saw 2 episodes with Aston in and stopped watching.

I haven't seen any episodes with Ashton, but I've seen a lot of episodes with Sheen. There's definitely a lot of funny jokes and the actors deliver them well. However, the reason Two & A Half Men gets flack is because it feels so scripted. On the other hand, shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm and Always Sunny In Philadelphia contain a ton of ad-lib dialogue. They just feel more organic.

My dad LOVED this show, but it was always hit and miss with me. He still watches but not quite as keenly... of course cause of Kutcher.
It's not just organic, but more so relatable. Like my family or friends could be in that situation. Scripted can still work, but sometimes it's just too predictable. Originally Posted by Ixion

i've only watched episodes with charlie in it then stopped watching decided to watch it again to find out ashton took his place then stopped again it's not the same without charlie

Never was a fan of it but Charlie is clearly better.
Whats the relationship with the new guy and the other 2 now?
Its like when Jeff got replaced on the show "coupling" it wasnt as funny and people stopped watching it.

They both suck to me because they aren't good actors. The guy who plays Sheldon On Big Bang Theory is an example of a a good comedic actor. He annoying but yet funny as hell.

They both suck. The only reason I watch the show is because of Alan. Charlie had his moments but was too inconsistent, whilst ashton plain sucks.
