Couple of friends bought one after playing with mine.
Uncharted and unit 13 are damn good games.

7.5 is what I'd give it. Really fun game with some quirkiness.

100% with you on this. I just picked one up last weekend, and I can't get enough of it.
Like many others have said, its great to be able to play serious games when you're really on the go. My job at PSU is always more around tech, business, etc... so I don't get to review games like the rest of the guys. New family and all that make me super busy for gaming.
However, I take the metro to work every day, and now I'm crushing Uncharted instead of angry birds. Its super awesome, and I highly recommend the Vita.
I mean its not THAT expensive all things considered, and I completely agree that it plays like a real system vs. a portable.

I love my vita. I have two kids and dog and I really don't have time to play games at home.
But I have time when I'm on the train traveling from home to work and back home is two hours so that is my playtime

TOTALLY. This thing is like the ultimate dream for a person who commutes on transit and likes real gaming. Shit, since I got the Vita, I've been thinking of trying to convince my wife to move to a house further away from the office, yet still on a train line into the city.

Ooft! That's a commitment to gaming, Mr.Bishop.
Since I got mine, it has been all I've played. Really enjoying Everybody's Golf and Wipeout 2048 but having an absolute blast with the PSP games Ys Seven and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.
