It was confirmed Woodbury would be in season 4 when Mazzara was still the showrunner so since Mazzara is no longer showrunner when season 3 ends i wouldnt take that as confirmation anymore.

Im watching a repeat of the last episode and im thinking glenn is one of the least intimidating people ive ever seen on the show. That man trying to lay down the law to merle is down right laughable.

I still love it, but I feel it's become less about the zombies and more about everything else. The Governor arc, much like the farm has just gone on too long.

Since when was The Walking Dead about the zombies? Even in the comics zombies dont show up as much as you'd think.

Yep. This is what made the comic popular. It is more about human relationships is a zombie world rather than a pure zombie adventure.

If that's the case, the show doesn't have much of a leg to stand on as the human relatioships themselves are a bit "Wtf?" and contrived.

Either way you put it, it's disappointing.

Well I hope things to get a bit better as we near the finale but I'm kind of eh about this. I much prefer the comic at this point. There is much more meaningful human interaction than the show.

Andrea is only allowed to do one smart thing per season. That one thing this season was getting those stairwell zombies to attack the governor.

How the hell the governor escaped; that's one of the things that make this season more crappy, they make out the governor to be too good and doesn't even make sense... during the shootout with Rick's people he didn't even take cover and of course no one hit, now he has no bullets and like 20 zombies are practically on top of him and he manages to escape somehow, that's BS.

Well I guess she wanted to go stealth? Or maybe he had the keys.

Who knows. But the fact that he survived is the most outrageous thing.

I was like WTF? Plus his Ninja shot of the zombie walking behind him. I thought Kirkman was all about realistic characters? Why have they made this guy some sort of videogame boss? It's just stupid.

If they're going to turn this into a classic good vs bad pantomime, then they need to make the good guys win (and make it less dark the GoT).

Otherwise, it just doesn't make sense for the guv to be the way he is (skill-wise and not psychologically)...

You want him to kill Andrea? Yes me too he needs to get that done so season 4 can be without Andrea.
You want him to win against team prison? No thanks. As soon as he is done giving Andrea a much overdue death he can get killed the second after.

I have to admit - the moment she turned on him, I was back on team Andrea (only because comic Andrea was such a badass sniper).

But yeah, too little too late I suppose.

Don't get defensive. I'm rooting for him as a character. After that amazing display with the zombies when Andrea left him for dead, I respect the guy a lot more. He's a snake, but he's badass snake. He's basically an evil version of Liam Neeson. That was my first impression of him.
