Accidentally stumbled across the trailer of Tim Burton's next film the other day, "Dark Shadows".
Once again, the set up of it looks like a typical Tim Burton film that we've been accustomed to seeing every time he releases one, but I thought this trailer was brilliant! It probably gives away most of the story arc, unless somehow a lot is certainly saved for if and when you see the film in its entirety, but for a Tim Burton film, it looks quite hilarious. It's actually one that I am now very eager to see, and I haven't been able to say that about his work for a long time.

Thought the same thing at first with all the Depp and Burton comments, but this one I'm actually interested in seeing.
Would be cool to see Burton do another film with Michael Keaton. Wasn't there talk of another Beetlejuice film?

This looks terrible. Tim Burton has made one or two good movies. Aside from that, he's just awful, tedious, and weird for the sake of being weird.

Looks a little too zany. When I first heard of this I thought maybe Burton might go for more satire, or maybe so serious it’s absurd kind of angle vs. this really broad take on the material.
