I noticed the Ford Fusion on that list and then some Chevys and other American made cars.
What do you think? Do you think Ford and Cheverolet are now up to par with foreign cars like Honda, Toyota, and Nissan? The weird thing is I didn't see a Honda win on that list, and Hondas are known for their reliability.

There getting better, I worked for General Motors during the summer and production was great for the camaro they even opened up extra shifts so I assume its selling well. Just dont drive a Foreign car into the employee parking or expect slashed tires and key marks all over your car.

They're moving in the right direction. If they keep moving the same way and keep their autos reliable, they should be on par. I'm not surprised the Camaro is doing well. Everyone loves a head turner with a good amount of power that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

They should bring Pontiac back. Then they'll be up to par. Fuck the Camaro, we need more Trans Ams!

Agreed. Bring Pontiac and the trans am back. Except I like camaros. I'm planning on getting a used 2010 camaro 2SS pretty soon.
But I do think ford is making the best vehicles these days. My buddy just got a 2011 5.0 mustang gt. very high quality, very nice. But that new 2013 Shelby.. Dude. My dream is to have a 2013 Shelby and a 2013 raptor. I rather drive a new 2013 Shelby than any foreign car, TBH.

I would say Ford is on par and better in some areas while Chevy is close to being on par.

I won't buy another American car. Period. How Nissan beat out the Toyata Tacoma would be interesting to know.

Had an 83 Camaro. A while back actually, was looking to buy a 4th gen T/A, but I ended up getting a motorcycle instead which killed my funds. The 1999 30th anniversary T/A is still one of my favorite cars though, plan on buying one of those one day

That sure is nice, way better than stock Camaro aesthetics.I once ate a dirty sock...don't tell anyone.

American muscle cars r great, but not a big fan of any American sedans. I just bought a 2012 passat tdi diesel that gets 43+ mpg on the highway with out any plugging in or underpowered bland looking bs. All manufacturers American, Japanese, and Korean should take a lesson from VW. Clean diesels r where its at. 236 lb ft of torque at 1500 rpm

I bought a Nissan Titan the first year it came out ( not best idea to buy first year on a vehicle they never made before) but anyway I had a lot of trouble with it (3 sets of front brakes and rotors in 18000 miles and rear end went out at 25000 miles) and my wife drove it most of the time so it wasn't like it got beat. But anyway it had a Chevy v8 in it and man did that thing run. My old man bought a tundra and that Nissan with the Chevy power plant would smoke that thing. That's why American muscle cars r so great too. But other than that American CARS r trash.
