If you think I bash Faux news so much then post links to prove that. I may say a comment or two but I would hardly call it bashing. I leave that to John Stewart. He does it way better and Faux always provide plenty of material.

Oh you Guys... Only good news shows/casts I have ever seen on your channels are most of the ones on PBS, when ABC used to have Peter Jennings, a part of NBC with Meet The Press.

CNN is too flashy and MSNBC/Fox/msnbc are flashy and biased... but I guess you guys like to only listen to likeminded people to re-affirm your biases and play at your emotional heartstrings.

I'll stick with CBC/CTV/Global for more bland but great newscasting to inform my decisions. (especially the National by the CBC is the best newscast I have seen up there with the World news BBC puts out)

Ahhh yes, the old NewsHour with Jim Lehrer. Watching the "guys" on a Friday night.. *sigh*

There is no denying that any number of these "providers" are inherently biased ... but it is the level to which they take it that differentiates them. Fox has a history far more damning than any. Their known associates, supporters and backers tell you everything. The shit these people get away with on air, off camera, is insane. At least "the other places" fire their people.

I think we should really just lock this thread? (up to Yuuichi).. I mean if people talk about specific cases with Fox or MSNBC incident then things are more orderly.

Yea it's just that this usually ends up in a flame war but since you're here it probably won't.

Long story short.

Fox News = Right Wing bias. (there not a right wing network, but they DO tilt right)

MSNBC = Left Wing bias. (used to be quite down the middle, but in a last two years there not)

CNN = Most middle of the road of the 3. Not perfect but much better then the other two who obviously have agendas.

If people start throwing personal insults at people then yes thread should absolutely be locked. Right now now people are sharing thier likes/dislikes about certain people in media. Could change title to something else like the offical news thread, the good, the bad, the ugly if everyone wanted to. that way no media person is safe.

Don't act so innocent. Anytime any article or video is posted about Fox you always have the same responds. "lol faux etc. etc." we end up just going in circles because you would rather just make fun of fox than contribute to the discusion at hand. Maybe if you get it out of your system in this thread we could actually move forward in other threads, but I doubt it will help at all.
