I don't even know what to say about this! Locked FPS is fine with me, but locked Resolution and limited KB/mouse configuration!! This is no buy for me, unless i have the option to change the resolution as i please.
Also, this game will probably have no MODs at all.

Locked FPS would've been acceptable if locked at 60 as well as 30! This is just screaming a terrible terrible console port.

It's not just a terrible port it's almost 1:1 port with couple of extra stuff!

Yeah I suppose it is. In an ideal
world that shouldn't be a problem - those that buy this will have an identical experience to those who played it on console.
In one way that's a good thing but it kind of defeats (in my eyes) the point of playing a game on PC

Exactly. Other than the extra content on the PC it is exactly the same as the PS3.
