I really like it so far. Try using a few more splatter brushes and make it look like it is blood splatters. Try to see if you can manipulate the the font to go with it and make it drip a little as well. That would look pretty cool or at least its an idea, right?

Is that Los Santos in the background? The buildings look familiar.

Anyways, it's a good start. A bit sharp around the face though. The effects are nice, although I think they work best with the second entry as red usually blends in better with a warmer color scheme. You can also add some splatter brushes to the front of Niko (around the arms) to help him blend more with the background.

Not bad. It almost feels like you are trying to have two different focal points with the lighting sources. Reduce the lighting a little bit on the top and try to bring out the face a little more and I think it will improve that a little.

By the way, zzKurozz, if you can focus on a single character and maybe have the rest look like they're fading in the background or something, then that would work too. Otherwise, I can't accept your entry.
