Red PlayStation 3 Slim 320GB console hits UK

The red PlayStation 3 launches in the UK this month.

The previously Japan-exclusive console is the slim model, and comes with a 320GB HDD and a DualShock 3 Wireless Controller. On Amazon (£250) it goes on sale on 27th April. On Play.com (£240) it releases on 4th May. Images are below.

Sony UK told Eurogamer this afternoon retailers received the go ahead to list the red PS3 yesterday, and so it should pop up in other shops at their convenience.

Long overdue, it should have 5 colours worldwide: Black, Silver, White, Red and Blue.

IMO the blue GT5 version is the best.

I still prefer the white one over the red. I've always stick with black, silver or white for my electronics.
