You know, the irony this generation, as they all strive to make the machines more family friendly and inclusive.
The complete lack of splitscreen games.
There are few games you can sit down with 2 or 3 or 4 people and play together in the same room.

But the family friendly games, you can.
The strive to make it family-oriented has nothing to do with the games turning out to be mostly single player and/or with online play. It's due to the power required by these games that's making them do it and the rise of online play has them rethink about putting in splitscreen because not only that hogs more resources so you're putting in much more effort to get it to work, but it isn't used as much as online play is.Praise the lord for Ni No Kuni!

How would you know that was factual? Did you open up a poll or read people's minds?
To me, it seems like you're trying to get a rise out of people. Using words like "has someone's ass in the air guaranteed." that shouldn't be allowed, especially for the officials here.
I mean, if you already know that then you're admitting that you're purposely making them angry. I thought it was against the rules.Praise the lord for Ni No Kuni!

I totally agree. I got the same impression from his post and I think it sets a bad example. IMO. Staff shouldnt be acting like that. Initially I just ignored his post but since you spoke up about it I figured I'd throw my two cents in. (And no, I couldn't care less whether or not he liked Uncharted in case somebody wants to suggest thats the reason for my post. lol )

Yea I wouldn't care either...everyone has the right to give their opinion. I criticize and praise a lot of games but I'm not thinking about how many people my post will make people angry.
Regardless of it being Sony centric. Shouldn't be allowed either way.Praise the lord for Ni No Kuni!

Perhaps you guys need to relearn the difference between flame bait and opinion.
I found uncharted boring -opinion
Uncharted is shit -flame bait.
It's not that hard is it?
Opinions differ, that is a fact.
If we all stopped saying our opinion based on weather people would like it or not, then to hell with free speech and free thinking.
Of course it always says more about the responder to such comments.
Respecting other peoples opinion doesn't mean you have to agree with it.

Youre missing the point. Has nothing to do with his opinion about Uncharted. Like I said before I couldn't care less whether or not he liked Uncharted. Read me and sufis posts again because obviously you didnt read them right the first time. lol And its funny how ya'll act like its only the PS3 members that get sensitive when the 360 crowd here acts exactly the same way. Case in point is that thread in the 360 section that had to be moderated and comments deleted. I was even told by a member in the 360 section that I shouldnt post there just because he didnt like my opinions. (his comment is one of the deleted ones). Anyway I'm not going to turn this into a big debate because tbh its not that big of a deal. I was merely agreeing with Sufis observation and thats all. IMO both camps could stand to practice a little tolerance towards other peoples opinions. Anyway I'm out.

What bit was I supposed to not have read, the bit about it being not factual, I covered that- opinions differ that is a fact.
The bit about usage of words and the above bit? I covered that as well.
If we all stopped to think about who we were offending, then we would have nothing but the populist view.
Having someone's ass in their air?
Is that offensive or inflammatory? Really?

You're still not understanding what's going on.
You can come in here and say whatever you feel like saying about a game. That's your opinion. Fine, don't even give a reason. Just say it sucks.
The part that you're misunderstanding is that he mentioned that due of his comment, he knows that someone's ass is going to be in the air for it. And while we all know that someone will be pissed off about it, the fact that he's knowingly getting a rise out of it, is why it's flamebait.
I've seen people get infracted for that before.
It's the same thing as if a person went in the 360 section, wrote, "Halo sucks and I know some of you will get your panties in the bunch for me saying it." That's a lot different than, "Halo sucks."
One is talking about an opinion on a game, the other is trying to get a rise out of people.Praise the lord for Ni No Kuni!
